@Drew Castleberry While IRA LLCs are technically OK, we tell clients to use caution using them unless they have an advisor who will answer questions for them and review transactions and other things related to the operation of the LLC and making investment.Did you know something as simple as the LLC applying for a credit card or another type of credit account, and the owner of the IRA signing the application is a prohibited transaction?

There are lots of perks for sales positions, for example I have a company car with a gas card and an expense account to use for food etc during the week so these are huge expenses for most people that I don't have to worry about.

@Mitchell Behm I understand that completely and yes thats a good amount of reserves to have just in case something unplanned happens, but in regards to making some more money I would start to sell old stuff you dont use anymore like shoes, clothes, toys, games, cards, and anything else thats collecting dust in your house.

Even if you have to use a higher-interest Home Depot type credit card, getting it installed and the units rented out would be preferable to the units sitting vacant.
