Like for me I might run 10 million in a year through one title co.. so yes I can get them to override things if its realistic...But the average investor who does a few deals at most is not going to have that kind of juice out here..

I was cnsidering fnishing the basement with an e-gress window on this project to increase the sq footage, maybe add a bed and or bath., the ceilings in the basement were hight enough to finish.

Found a good personal finance tip,raise the # of dependants on your income tax to large more dependants than you have is legal to do, and do so,so you do not have ANY refund coming to you per year/so are not giving the government an interest free loan per year or at any one time.
