I've always thought podcast guests should be vetted more thoroughly, but no one cares as long as they get downloads.

HR went over it with me, but it's simply in a folder, not anything I would sign to enroll.It's not about the money, premiums are very low, it'll still be cheaper than most employers insurance with taking say 3 weeks off a year.Hoping to get some opinions before paying for a specialized attorney.

I did just download the new construction diary here on biggerpockets so I'll be starting there.

Put everyinvoice, receipt, contract, note, and all other documents into well-organized folders.

I highly recommend you download and listen to all the previous podcasts as well.
