There was a man shot and killed last year sitting in front of his house, kind of neighborhood with a guy in a white tank top sitting in a rocking chair in front of his house all day, fireworks at least weekly, people put on their hazards and park in the middle of the street, lots of houses with too many dogs, houses that haven’t been updated in 30+ years.
