I'm writing this message because I am looking for recommendations from people about potential brokers to discuss the possibility of hanging my license. 

Many people do not know it exists and most agents will never see anything not on the MLS (a whole different discussion) They try and play it cool but you can see the desperation for an offer, that's when it comes.

Before the numbers discussion comes up with the seller, I'm curious how to proceed in relation to my agent.

I do know however there are caveats that I did not cover such as location, population growth and Jobs but just looking at raw numbers it appears that what the seller wants and what the buyer would need to make this a good deal are pretty far apart.I would love to hear anyone’s thoughts on this and hopefully, any discussion that follows becomes a learning experience for all.
