Develop a relationship with them.  

My recommendation is to reach out to the seller and ask him what the NROC is, that way at the very least you can establish yourself as not being the 'basic tenant' and see what response you get back.

I love teaching and want to keep my full time job, but enjoy developing hobbies with the free time that the teacher schedule does provide. 

As we continue to learn and grow, we have been developing relationships with others that would like to invest with us.

So, it is a bit harder to develop relationships with title examiner as you need to go through an attorney but I would be interested in hearing thoughts on how others who bid on courthouse auctions do some of the basic research as far as making sure they are bidding on the first mortgage lien, tax lien, mechanic lien, judgement, etc.Thanks and look forward to a great discussion on this.

Thanks for the welcome  We will likely do some pre wholesale deals as well as some flips etc but our long term goals is to develop a portfolio of rental properties. 

I am hoping to work up to property acquisition and commercial or residential development in the future.
