Project Design - Project design is a collaborative phase between the professionals that you have hired.

As of right now, I'll go and read as many books as I can find + getting my CCIM designation.

They are designed to fit on an RV space, the amperage requirements are lower than a larger mobile home, and most of the challenges you would face converting to MH won't be there. 

The battle of working with my wife, who is a very talented designer, and demanding in her desires, but not always understanding the challenges of construction and rehabs and uneven walls, or measurements that are not quite right, or how it is next to impossible to put something where she wants it.

I anticipated that response but needed confirmation. 

The easiest thing for me to do at the time was a T-shirt brand ( AY Asher Apparel), so I started creating designs that would allow me to make products with a print on demand company.

We would be renting by the room hence better cash flow with the bathroom.And thank you for the reminders any load bearing walls - we'll have the GC confirm.

Any help in understanding this would be greatly appreciated.Also, during inspection it was discovered that a skylight that is part of the original design, may need to be replaced.
