There are probably exceptions to the rule, but my experience is that REO takes longer to close than a standard retail sale, but nowhere near as long as short sales.I have recently seen a REO that is paying the buyer's broker 1%.

I am calling and emailing the company and supervisors but I simply get told the issue has been "escalated" and the install department may call me or may just install the machine.I was ignored for 2 weeks and didn't get a response from the rep we have until I emailed and called his manager.

Some hway departments limit the access to an area with a cut through if a divided road, thus the road frontage gives you more options.

While dogs are the most common type of assistance animal, other animals can also be assistance animals.”Also, I'd talk to an attorney because as you can see in this story: https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/justice-department-... things can go poorly if you lose a lawsuit due to charging pet rent for an assistance animal (this includes emotional support animals).I'd look into your local regulations too.
