One of my leads is a mobile home that the owner is renting.

It's priced at a 15% cap but about a third of the mobile homes are vacant and condemned.

I'm currently a product designer (web/mobile apps/ipad) and I have saved a nice nest egg to invest and want something that will continue to grow and provide for me down the road of life.

I want to buy a mobile home in Florida for 60k cash and rent it out.

Also, make sure to call the apartments in the area and find out:Is the 2 bedroom apartment rent at least double the lot rent at the mobile home park?
