But you need to do something, you don't want your tenants to get sick or get bitten and these little guys can eventually cause some property damage as well.Good luck.

Finally your purchase contract states that you have the right of a final walk through before you close, so you can confirm the property is empty and broom swept (check basement, attick and garage), not damaged by the movers - and all repairs are completed.

It lists bodily injury and property damage and cover attorney/legal fee for covered claims. i also have umbrella insurance (Gieco) and it’s lost covering additional liability for landlord.
