You have to factor in the daily cleaning fees or clean yourself.

Some brokerages have limitations that you cannot list your own flips because of liabilities and disclosures but in terms of you doing the flip and have the financial investment it makes a lot of logical sense to be involved in RE investing on the daily. 

Hi, my name is Kevin Casillas, me and my wife are beginning investors.We currently own a duplex and just purchased our second investment property last week.I live in Wilson, NC and commute daily to RTP area.Have been a member of BP since February 2019, but have simply been in the background learning from podcasts and books, but wanted to take the next step and officially become involved in BP.  

What would my daily life be like as a property investor/landlord?

I like the 500 mile range that makes going camping realistic were as with my 16 X it only has 220 range which is fine for daily driving and we drive it 1000 miles to Vegas twice a year and with the super charger network it all works out fine and of course our superchargers are free so we never pay for energy..  

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or loose money in any market.

I’m also looking at tax benefits, principle pay down, risk mitigation/the headache factor/pride of ownership/enjoying what I do on a daily basis because I like working on high end properties and dealing with that tenant base more (even with management in place, or perhaps especially so because management fees can get crazy on low-end properties and it’s a lot harder to find high quality management services for low quality properties), and yes I’m looking for that dirty word appreciation.
