What might work is pointing Canva to AirBnb API if they allow it.The benefit to doing it manually is you can add segmentation- I needed that to better understand my target customer (i.e. locals needing temporary place to live and also pet owners).What I'm not strong on is the SEO side and how to enhance it.

However, if you can't handle your customers in real time, are you sure this is your best plan?

For me, the perfect app would be a combination of in-bound and out-bound marketing to act as a front office concierge that covers the entire customer journey from looking / booking to check-out. 

I can't see needing anything else as I can easily customize for any changes.

@Jerel DavisIt could be a regional custom or it could be common and I just don't know.One of the HML's here doesn't care what you bring them as long as you have 25% cash in it.

I had to go to a custom cabinet maker and have a door made. 

@Joseph Beilke if you don't have any new construction/custom home experience I'd be VERY careful.

What do people think of the idea of building custom home and selling every two years to take advantage of the tax free homeowner exemption? 

I just know it’s NOT good for me personally to actually talk to a human because I’m not exactly customer service friendly.
