Before we agree to working with inherited tenants, we mainly screen for criminal and sexual crimes to help insure everyone's safety.  

Never the one they give you.I would also include no criminal history.  

Note that the mafia doesn't bother trying to extort other criminals, they focus on offering "protection" to the law-abiding small business owner.

They do criminal and credit checks.

We are attracting the desperate to move, bad credit, criminal history and won't someone give us a break - we're not bad people crowd.

Account Closed, Is there a screening service you would recommend that includes public records (in addition to credit, criminal, etc) ?  

I have one I made which talks about credit history/scores, pets, smoking, evictions, criminal history, income requirements, etc.

Circuit Court of Appeals in S.F. banned the Justice Department from prosecuting MMJ cases if no state laws were broken.

If he doesn't pass (and especially because of something REALLY bad in his past...previous eviction histories, criminal histories) better you lose both of them then accept him.And forget this "fiance" business.  

Remember the tenant can file a complaint with Dept of Justice and then you will be in court.
