@Brian DavisAs a general rule you would want an LLC in the state where the property is located as it will need situs in that state to be able to act in court,As some state have very low outside liability protection on their LLC it is recommended to have these LLC owned by a holding LLC in a good asset protection state.

At some point during this process they will realize they are going to lose and might ask for cash for keys, as long as that is still a cheaper option VS continuing the court case, come up with a number and go.

In short, I wasn't impressed.The company seems to have good tech and an outwardly impressive appearance, but speaking from my own experience, I really don't believe that their agents are all that well incentivized or professional.
