@Bill Coleman If it is a tenant growing a single plant for their own "medical" use {as it use to be in this country}, then you can probably work with them to accommodateIf it is someone planning to be a grower for a dispensary or other medical users, then you better add moisture damage and mould to your list of negatives.

but the reliability of the information can be spotty in some parts of the country - so you have to do a little bit of back end homework to make sure the information is current.Both methods involve a bit more explaining, but it's not difficult to do if you know what you're looking for.

If you do not see bandit signs in the area you want to work, then again, you can assume that they do not work or that the municipality is pretty stringent and people have learned their lesson.They are not allowed in most municipalities around the country but are still used because they are cheap, effective and a good form of creating an image.

There is a reason you can play for 15 bucks with a cart sometimes hahaIf it is close to North Ridge or Carolina Country Club that is good, but it could be 30 seconds from Raleigh Country Club or Hedingham and be a horrible house/location.
