@Julie George A quick google search shows….Apparently, there are thousands of cook county residents eligible for a tax refund, due to over payment.  

You know your product and all of the improvements in-depth, and if you feel there's more meat on the bone, then it's your role as the asset manager to go for the higher price.

For example, if they add a cooking or alcohol aspect to the salon, that could cause your insurance rates to incease.
