Hi everyone, my name is Rachel and I am excited to see what this community has to offer.

But there is a nice large community kitchen in the hallway with a 70" TV and couches set up for entertaining guests.  

I've heard about people having success with them, but personally, I always throw out any postcards that look like marketing spam.We've been trying to come up with unique ways to make them grab attention and I wanted to hear any thoughts the BP community might have.

There was a litigation going on between the HOA and a builder in that community.

The lower valued one's you may want to try a local community bank.
