Refinance rental houses (portfolio) OHIO
Can anyone tell me where I can apply for a portfolio loan of rental properties (20 houses) All fixed up and rented about 60% LTV. Great cash flow and good have good credit. Anyone have any ideas. Values between $25000 to $10000. I already have about 20 loans on credit FYI. Thanks for reading and appreciate the response in advance. Duane in OHIO
