The drugs, well they vary a bit more on the tenant class and location, but again, nothing that would cause me to stare out the window pensively thinking if I should bring children into this world; other things make me do that.

Lead is in apartments, several layers deep, as there is in any building built around the turn of the century  What is frustrating is that I had children living in this apartment for years, and never had any lead poisoning. 

If you are considering passing the property down to your children, ask yourself, are your children even interested in real estate?

Waivers sound easy but we frequently have up to 10 guests at the property (including children) but only one email address is associated with the booking.

The finished basement (which included bedrooms their children were occupying) was flooded with 6 inches of water!

They already have their children living in the school district and their new home is very close to this rental.
