@Ben Mosier do you ever see the hand-written signs that say "handyman special..." with a phone number? 

Either way keep in mind how touchy some municipality workers can be emotionally lol always approach every meeting/ phone call with a ton of kindness, & politeness.. it makes a world of a difference here.

My tenants have broken up and both agreed the boyfriend will move out.

It said "Furnished Houses and  a phone number".  

@Maxwell Kaplan if they are investor friendly and they answer the phone when you need them too they will probably be good.

A drive by of properties showed building exteriors are in need of serious work and windows are broken but are all 100% occupied.

They have started selling units but haven't broken ground yet. 

Trust me, if the installers went above and beyond, the customers never have a problem with answering a phone call from another future customer.

I have had several interesting conversations with:- other drivers on the importance of wearing seat belts- other contractors on the importance of being insured and bonded- other cheaters on the importance of keeping my phone away from my wife- etc.:)In case my sarcasm was not transparent - everything is optional until the stuff hits the fan.
