Not a chance I would allow pets in a brand new home.

I'm brand new to this and heard this on a podcast or something, so not trying to take credit for it.

I am told that my personal brand business name has to include my name and can’t be a stand alone name such as:Example: ABC REALTY COMPANYI’m told it may need to read. 

After this was done we put down 14mm plastic under the house as a moisture barrier.We dug a French drain around the front of the house back to the creek to help with any moisture issues under the house.While we were under the house we also replaced all the plumbing with brand new pipes.Both bathrooms have been completely renovated with the master getting a full custom tile shower and the other bathroom getting a soaker tub with custom tile surround.

I am 18 and brand new to BiggerPockets!

Looking for recommendations for bulk pricing and brands for flooring, cabinetry, low flow toilets, appliances, etc.

We have investors that range in experience from brand new up to over $1 mil in net worth.

@Jeff Cichocki, @Ryan Groff and @Oliver CareyThanks for the advice, I'll be sure to take the time to find a lender to build a long term mutually beneficial relationship with, I hope to start seeking one out in a month or so, once I've had a bit more time in the area, so I can begin the conversations with a defined plan / specific criteria / area /etc. 

I'm brand new to real estate investing, like I haven't made my first deal yet, but hopefully that will happen soon!
