Newbie from Los Angeles looking for networking/advice

Hi All,

Currently I live in Glendale and work in Santa Clarita. I'm very new to REI and recently finished Craig Curelop's House Hacking book. Inspired by the strategy, I'm looking for a property ideally in NoHo but open for nearby areas in the Valley. LA seems pretty tough to cash flow from house hack so I would love to grab a coffee and learn from experienced investors. Thank you!
