Most places I see that happen in other states is when old dilapidated housing is torn down or completely remodeled block by block.

When I am looking for renters and doing the application process, am I required to send letters to the applicants that I am not renting to with a reason.

The neighborhood is nice but it’s the smallest home on the block surrounded by larger homes (1550 sq ft, 4 bdrms/2bath/single story).

I hired a process server last week to deliver a "notice to perform" letter to is address last week and so far hasn't been successful either.
