Get a second job and pay down debt/save money faster.

LOC is probably cheaper/faster/easier.

Through this, I was able to see interesting anomalies and patterns around cities that seem to have faster break-even points versus slower ones. 

I’m looking for advice and ways to grow at a faster rate to acquire properties rather than saving for 20% down on from my w2 job.

Learning those skills are going to be a lot better than and faster than learning for example law which will take forever, and these skills will not break your back or the bank but they wIll challenge your mind.

If someone sneaks an animal into my property it is in my lease specifically and I will boot them faster then they can print a fake ESA certificate off.  

CoC is high but return on assets is getting lower since the assets are growing faster than the rent.

Faster anyway and no realtors.

We are so fortunate to live in America and have so many opportunities than the rest of the world.I think the faster you realize that your circumstance can always be worst and there is no one else to blame but yourself is when the real transformation can begin. 

It's actually faster to get to Austin from Gonzales thanks to the toll road!
