@Greggory Kowalkowski I had this same exact scenario in one of my units...property is from 1880.We did the old fashioned method in 75% of the unit which was spraying chemicals and scraping down to the horse hair plaster.

Anyway, time to get creative baby, where theres a will theres a way!

If they work night shift or have a baby, then they need to find ways to make it work.

My husband works out of state 50% of the time and we were looking for an inexpensive second home to get him out of company housing & have a place for the baby and I to stay when we visit.

Success with AirBnB is 80% “ensuring a guest doesn’t find a hair left behind by anyone but themselves” and 20% “all other things.”At least that’s what I tell myself as I clean.

The baby boomers will be a huge market over the next decade. 

The TikTok demographic is pretty much tweens or baby boomers, but would those baby boomers on TikTok be intrested in purchasing real estate? 

I’m working full time swing shift, going to college online full time and about to have our first baby.

But trying to push through it all and keep progressing forward... one baby step at a time. 

Not everyone has it all figured out, but I think the important thing is to continue to learn and work towards you goals even if it's baby steps.
