Hello, Been in touch with Von Finch Capital and looking at their offerings (Denver based syndicators) and like what I see but would like to hear from people who have invested with them.

It seems like a lot of people have great gimmicky stories about how they get creative when managing properties.

Lots of people go to Ohio, we won't know it's great for a decade +.

They are usually run by picky retired people who love to stick their nose into your business (a generalization... but often fitting!).  

I have two people in one unit who have told me they prefer to put ALL their clothes in one big cycle at the laundromat and simply pay $8-10 for the wash and a couple dollars for the dry so they only have to do one load and spend only an hour and 15 minutes doing it as opposed to 4-5 hours for multiple loads in my cheaper machine.

I have heard from multiple people about renters who refuse to pay rent and it may take a while to get them to leave.

I also would like to take advantage of Vendor Takebacks or other forms of using other peoples’ money.

Contrary to popular belief, partnerships are not ideal structures for people with NO money.
