@Jerry Brecko most likely the seller not wanting to extend means the offer from someone else he's planning to accept is equally as strong as yours, if not a better offer.

After having the contract signed, I’d put it up on the MLS and market it there for full value and only accept cash offers with a non-refundable deposit; instead of selling it off market to another investor who will give me nowhere near full value.

It has been a few days since we submitted the offer and are approaching the deadline we also put in on the offer.Does anyone know if they sometimes take a few days to get back (most likely waiting for other offers) or if they simply do wish to accept our offer or if there actually is other offers.
