Good Morning,I am just trying to figure out, is there really a way to buy and sell real estate without cash/credit.

I use Skype for all my calls and I thought it would be great to let others listen to my calls whether they be good or bad etc...Of course I don't want to tell the people I'm recording them so I would need to go back through the call and bleep out their names etc... but I thought of this while speaking to a retarded mortgage broker this morning who basically talked himself out of doing business with me and I wanted to let others listen to hear how he did that.

I'm sure there is something productive I could be doing this morning.

Morning we flew to San Francisco where we caught the 14.5 hour flight to Hong Kong.

This morning I went to the web to research fax machines....WOW!!

This is how I see it:Rents will get soft.

They tell me they just rented it this morning and paid the owner and he'd be back in a bit to change the locks and repair the window, too bad I was the owner!

We'll probably look at it with our contractor on Monday morning.
