I know, I know, we are all "business owners" who work "on" our business, not "in" our business, yada yada yada...) are aware of any tax strategy/mechanism that enables us to pay our health insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars as opposed to after tax dollars.

:)We also get SOME curious calls (not to many), they ask how we got their info - our comment:"Sir - i'm sorry, this is public information, once you file with the recorders office (a public venue)you are announcing to the world your intentions - i'm so sorry to inconvenient you - I truly respect your privacy - thank you for your time" (now the phone number is captured) what I learned from this: they're not ready to sell!!

If she is an older grandmother type, there are other issues to consider about her estate regardless of it being tiny or very large, what is her health like, will she need medical assistance in the near future (3 to 7 years) where is she moving to, must she have a lump some or can she use a small income from the property, will her selling effect any benefit program she may be qualified for????
