Well Since responded let me give you just one item.. 

I published a listing on zillow rental manager and I got a text inquiry within a minute which seemed odd to me.

In my case I have several liens that will likely make 3 years at the end of this year, so this will affect all of them for me and everything else over the next couple years.I've flown in to attend some in person sales in CO and for the most part I was ok with the premium bidding as I anticipated getting a decent amount of deeds at the end of the day.

The cash flow houses help me to hold on for the long haul, while the appreciation houses enable me to buy more houses.  

All real estate advisors, EXCEPT me. 

I generally use cash to invest but the real estate market is very depressed right now and my portfolio is diversified in BTC cryptocurrencies focusing mainly on gold short term trading on top of state metals 

Thanks for the response, I assumed a primary residence mortgage would have the most favorable interest rate so that’s where my question was coming from.
