@Joe Gore I really like your method of attention getting, it also seems to put you in a position of being in the sellers good graces by loving their neighborhood.I do try and keep the technical lingo down to a bare minimum so they fully understand my intentions and not be put off by the situation.When the folks answer the door, my current strategy has been to say: My name is Terry and I would like to speak with you about purchasing your property....I felt it kinda set the expectations and would steer the meeting to end in a sale?
