As others have mentioned, if you search through the forums, you'll find several well-qualified CPAs often post and comment on BP.

You can not only search for them, but you can assign your listing to a specific cleaner if you choose and they can accept cleanings that post as soon as a guest books (you must integrate it into your booking platform) and you pay the cleaners on there as well (direct deposit once the cleaning is completed).

After re-reading your post, if you are buying the whole complex that changes things for a commercial loan.

we had another a short while ago post where OP said their accountant gave them back all their receipts and wanted them to sort it themselves. 

To find funding, stay active here on BP, read up on forum posts, ask for recommendations or make it all easier by using the Find a Lender tool.
