sounds like you should use a PM, to start google search craigslist, zillow for like properties in your area to find rental rates for starters. and then interview at least 2 PM companies to find out costs and what they can do for you.

I can look at the county GIS or google maps and write addresses down but Id much rather get a list I can just copy and print off mailing labels for since I'm doing a couple hundred and will be sending to the same people multiple times
