So it's tailored towards people who want flexibility with their money and in my lists, it's made up mainly of young upward professionals who have excess cash (not a ton) want to invest in something that returns better than banks, but want the flexibility in case they have kids, get married, etc.

i am looking for some inpur prior to  my first venture into RE...my current biz has 15k/mo positive cash flow and in looking to put this to work in RE.this 15k.mo is not passive income , i work hard to make this and it keeps me busy BUT as the owner i do control my schedule so there is flexibility there to make time for a new venture.ive made some really stupid investments in the past (heavily aided by the recession and scammers) so im looking for any suggestions on strategies to invest this and create a more passive income so i can retire before my fingers join my hair in falling out/off from running my web biz.MUCH THANKS!

I imagine we'll be working on "mastering" both of those for quite some time before we make any other drastic moves, but who knows...if the market shifts beneath us, we'll try to be flexible and go where the opportunities are.
