What is the best way to find investors(for a new person wanting to get into real estate investing with no funds) that will fund the money for your investment and split the profits?

Above I have added a YouTube video about something that is easy to do for beginners.  Everyone that gets started in this business get slammed with so much information.  

Go to your local REIA meetings

Call craigslist ads

Get a property under contract with the ability to pre-market the property and have a Realtor list the property and have them give you a list of name, email phone number of every cash buyer that calls.  Post a home for cheap on Craigslist and you will have cash buyers call you.  Always, always, always gather their name email and phone.  You are only as good as your database,
