While undergoing the compliance training I came across one of the prohibited outside activities for bank employees- "acting as a real estate sales person, broker, agent or engaged in buying and selling real estae except for primary and secondary residence".

@Tina Thompson I do Google Ads all day too been doing it for the past 12 years and have 3 employees working for me to service 30-50 of our clients and have been an investor for the past 6 years... at some point we'll be in the same boat after you start with investing.. 

Both as contractors and regular employees.   

The reason - I am a part-time employee, and about 80% of my income comes from bonus (tipped) income.

What your saying IF I read this right you wish for the Realtor to act as your employee. 

The Amazon employees at the Herndon, VA office seem to think it is going there when I visited two weeks ago.

He is probably just a all around handyman / foreman and is probably capable of plugging and playing employees from one job site to another.

If you want to start your own PM company you need to be a broker.Other option is to be hired as an employee by a property owner.
