Hello all-We are working on a flip in the Woodlands and need a good source for cabinets.

(though should someone want that wall open, we can do that by flipping the cabinets, and refrigerator to the opposite wall and reworking kitchen.We like the idea of a butlers pantry too, if a plan allows it.

In addition to my GC I hired guys for AC, cabinets, and counter-tops, plus a few other miscellaneous services.

I've given away old mirrors, light fixtures, cabinets, vanities, anything that is metal or can be recycled, window treatments, I've sold kitchen cabinets, counter tops, anything left behind by the sellers: sofas, old lawn mower, rugs, lamps, old appliances even the kitchen sink!

In one, I tied together the kitchens & bathrooms by using the same backslash and flooring even though they each have different cabinets.

Hard floor surfaces that can be cleaned instead of carpet that inevitably needs replacement, painted cabinets instead of replacing laminated ones, commercial grade tile in kitchens, etc...

More than that (like you'll find in a cabinet saw) and you'll need the "big guns".I just love talking about this stuff!

The seller either has to replace the A\C unit with a comparable one (not necessarily new). or provide some other type of concession to meet the obligations of the contract.The last deal I took pictures of the entire house, rooms, appliances, counter tops, inside cabinets, ceilings and even the A\C\handler, and water heater because it was an AS IS, Where is contract and digital pictures don't cost anything.
