Just be sure you can still feed yourself if it all burns down.

Why is a real estate agent going to want to burn a lot of time unless they know you are serious.  

I burned out a few weeks ago, and just getting started again, I am doubting now too.

I like capital markets lenders because they might have done 50 loans with one lender and the lender will think twice about burning that relationship mid deal and quoting incorrect terms and rates.

It sounds like you're brand new into the world of real estate with the questions you're asking so with doing research, mailing homes and trying to find a deal 2 months will burn up real fast.

Usually there is a problem such as behind on mortgage, loss of job, too many repairs, burned out landlord, job transfer and they need to move quick.  

Really feel like this gives us the opportunity to expand our investment by keeping our current home and build equity in the rehab home without burning on an apartment in the transition. 

If the house burns down you are out the income and you cannot sell it so would be a total loss. 

They have had it fixed but the same letters keep burning out.
