Since no one has mentioned it - larger houses you pretty much 'have' to have a washer/dryer because you'll be hosting large groups, and with those groups you have kids.

But as things are now, where only the mediocre hosts with mediocre properties are struggling, I think this property would do well if set up properly. 

When I went to the DREIA a while back they hosted in a hotel like venue.
