NEW TO REAL ESTAE INVESTING - WHOLESALE/FLIP PROPERTIES LAS VEGAS

Hi,

My name is Daphne. I've always been wanting to get into Real Estate, and finally I'm making the effort to find out and figure out everything and anything I need to be successful. I've moved here to Las Vegas just almost 2 years ago from Hawaii, hence my user name HI_STANDARD meaning laid back and filled with aloha. I love living here and I want to start my Real Estate career, no better time than now.

I'm wanting to get in touch with other wholesale and flip & flippers mostly to help me/ mentor me through deals, no matter how much I read and listen to other successful investors, there's no better tool that actually doing the whole deal from start to finish with a pro.

I'd like to get together with old and new wholesale investors to get the feel of the business of before and now, so I can figure out which way I want to go. I'm trying to find REI meetings, but there's nothing like getting together and just sharing ideas and networking with people who want to accomplish a common goal, MAKING MONEY.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
