I would then wholesale it through a double closing from the seller to my wholesaling LLC, then have the final purchase done by my hold co.

I had a lot of luck with ASI ASI and Safeco early in my journey, and then I stumbled upon a different class of insurance companies that are more geared towards investment properties.My policies are currently underwritten by SES and they have been great to work with and very geared towards the investor.My insurance agent is a sage source of counsel on the subject and I bet he'd be a good resource for you if needed!

I’m interested in doing an STR out of an RV on my primary residence.

From my experience:- Propstream has more detailed and complete information and better for finding off market deals.- Privvy is easier for seeing investor activity in the area and seeing the before/after of flips (how much they bought and sold it for) How do you find off market deals on Propstream?
