I wanted to get the opinion of those on BP regarding thoughts on this strategy, if it makes sense and if there are any tax implications.

Hello BP family,I need some advice regarding a deal I am looking at.

I currently have a property with a 4 unit on it.

I'm particularly passionate about [ starting my own business on flipping houses..Outside of real estate, I enjoy  spending time w my kids ,, i love the outdoors alot and I enjoy making family memories .Excited to learn and connect with you all!

I also manage rentals for some private clients.

Hi, I would like to get started investing next year and I think doing a partnership where I bring the money and my partner brings the experience would be best for me (being a limited partner).  

I aim to create a steady stream of passive income and achieve long-term financial stability.

That’s the path I am currently on hoping for some luck.

I have a cousin who funds RE deals and he has a whole network of money people, so I am putting together a business plan to submit along with my financials and an investment proposal.I am coming from single family residential, and have only ever worked with hard money for short-term loans, and also some smaller amounts of private money.

I have feeling that she wouldn't leave the home soon.
