Im hoping to find someone that can show me the ropes to become a wholesaler.  

Can a wholesale deal be done under your own name or do you have to use a business name? 

When I hear 'investor friendly', it usually means the client is looking for an agent to submit a large number of contracts at low-ball prices in the hopes that they can wholesale and/or assign them later.

I have two questions that definitely has been on my mind.1) Are you able to put a property under contract through a realtor listing then wholesale to a cash buyer?

I am also a seasoned investor specializing in buy and hold, buy and sell, and wholesale.

The seller's attorney who did the close on the home does NOT do nothing that has to do with what we do as wholesalers as far as closing i.e. escrow, double close NEED HELP
