Realtors and Wholesalers/Investors/Cash Buyers
Hey Everyone!
I have two questions that definitely has been on my mind.
1) Are you able to put a property under contract through a realtor listing then wholesale to a cash buyer? Also, when doing a transaction like that, do you still need to provide proof of funds? If so, what if your proof of funds doesn't show you can purchase the property, what is your alternative around that. I know some realtors are pain when it comes to the requirements of a transaction.
2) Are there any sites that I can locate cash buyers? Or any methods I can use that can help me locate them? I've been networking, marketing but I know there's a more efficient way to do it....hopefully.
