The day to day load is pretty minimal.As far as the business goes, I would like to grow the business sustainably, with the goal to reach income parity with my current career in the next few years.

Often the local utility companies will have a booth and loads of real life stories about what they have encountered over the years.

This could be a good opportunity for the experienced PROs to may be off load some of their knowledge as well as some of their portfolio to the newbies, by signing a contract on a napkin :).

@Sean Tracey  toilet falling through floor because of the oversized tenant.. learned that toilets and sub floor have a certain weight if that weight is going to be quite a bit more than norm ... action is needed to keep this from happneing

If yes, I was going to go that route, but they kept chipping as I was loading and hand ling them.  

If you connect the GFCI outlet properly (wires coming from the panel in to the 'line' side and wires going to the rest of the circuit to the 'load' side) then yes, it will protect them.

So with loading , travel , unloading , 1 load to the dump I had 9 hours into the jobs , After dump fees , about $ 175 an hour .  

That means it will either allow you to live for free or have boat loads of equity, preferably both.
