@Cassidy BurnsI'm going to assume you're just brainstorming, but if you're thinking about implementing tax advice from the radio show host in the Youtube video you posted, please get a second opinion from a tax professional.I only made it through 5 minutes of the video before turning it off. 

I’ve tried using the cook county assessor website and I needed the property pin # to access the actual owner.

For that matter, what does the owner information tell you anyway as far as any type of strategy is concerned.Is your tool grabbing tax data from county websites and auto populating?

I have been trying to do some research on how to acquire lists and it sounds like absentee owners lists from a website are the most efficient way to get rocking and rolling.
