Best Place to Purchase Owners Lists for Letter Writing

My name is Gil and I have a few small rentals but my next move is fix and flips. I am on the lists of some wholesalers but I want to try my hand at doing my own letter writing. I have been trying to do some research on how to acquire lists and it sounds like absentee owners lists from a website are the most efficient way to get rocking and rolling. However, there are a few sites out there and I'm not sure what one is best. Does anyone have insight into what website keeps the most up-to-date records for absentee owners?

Also, are there any other demographics I should be considering when building my list (IE- mortgage info, etc)?

Thanks in advance!
