Based on my maybe one year flipping we are turning our focus to smaller houses in transitioning neighborhoods where we can buy them for 30k and under and be renovated for under 90k. great for rentals, airbnb, or flips. great overall strategy, low debt. but columbus is huge like @Art Mimnaugh lol
