What are the best neighborhood to invest in Columbus, Ohio market for great positive cash flow?

This is still heavily dependent upon what you're working with finance-wise. Columbus is a pretty competitive market. I see a lot of OOS investors interested in coming into the Columbus market looking for $150K turn-key assets in B areas with 15% COCR but those just really don't exist. There is a lot of opportunity in the path-of-progress areas that are rough now but are showing (at least) promising growth that could fit that model, but being as specific as you can with what you're working with and looking for will go a long way in helping you determine the best area.
