I'm interested in making an offer on an condo in FL, but I noticed that there's a lot of units in the same building for sale within the past month which got me a little worried and I'm trying to get information about the HOA by calling their office but I'm not getting any reply from them for two days.

There were 3 bedrooms and a tiny enclosed porch so I rented out 3 of the bedrooms for $1400 a month total and lived in the enclosed porch until one of the roommates moved out.

When I found the locks changed I first called the sheriff's office and had some deputies meet me at the house. 

Our areas depend on a few things but would cover about 1-1.5hr drive time from Bethlehem (where our office is) generally speaking. 

Or if bedrooms with small windows do not count as bedrooms , do those rooms vount as " office" rooms ?

@Patricia BatesThey best advice I can offer you is to get the parcel number and call the local County Treasury Office for taxes.

If you still have a concern, call a loan officer. 

Even if Zillow's homes are concentrated in 50% of the listings in the US that's still just a tiny percent of what's for sale.

She came to the office to speak to the manager (me) and she was in her early 20s with a little baby, probably 3 months old.
